Air Travel
John Wayne Airport (SNA) is the closest airport to Dana Point, just 25 miles away. It's small, easy to navigate, and your best choice.
A little further but also low stress is San Diego International Airport (SAN) - about 65 miles from Dana Point. It provides more non-stop flight options from the east coast.
Last and certainly least, is Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), which we would not recommend unless you have other business in LA.
